The Sweet Lado Lendem Compote (Kolak Lado Lendem)

Ingredients :
- 250 grams of cassava, peeled and cut into approximately 1 cm.
- 250 grams of red sweet potato, peeled and diced medium.
- 250 gram purple taro, peeled and diced medium.
- 3 pieces of pandan leaves, conclude.
- 200 grams sugar.
- 600 ml coconut milk.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- Cook the coconut milk, pandan leaves and salt to a boil, stirring, stirring so that milk does not boil.
- Enter the cassava and taro, cook until half cooked. Enter the red sweet potato and sugar mask back until cooked and slightly thickened milk.
- Prepare a serving bowl, pour 1/5 part compote.
- Serve while warm.
